This collaboration allows Tracfone customers to access real-time visual assistance via the Be My Eyes Service Directory.

How It Works

Customers can access this service by using the free Be My Eyes app available on both iOS and Android. Within the app, users navigate to the Devices & Digital Services category and select Tracfone from the screen-reader-friendly Service Directory. A simple tap connects them to a trained Tracfone specialist via a secure live video call, available 24/7.

Using their smartphone cameras, users can show their device or packaging to the specialist, who provides clear, hands-free verbal guidance for tasks like activating devices, swapping SIM cards, and troubleshooting network issues.
