The American Council of the Blind (ACB), in partnership with Meta and the Blinded Veterans Association (BVA), will distribute Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses to eligible blind veterans during the upcoming ACB Conference and Convention in St. Louis. The distribution event is scheduled for Monday, July 27, from 1 to 5 p.m. CT at the Hyatt St. Louis at The Arch. These AI-powered glasses are designed to enhance independence by assisting with tasks such as reading documents and navigating surroundings. This initiative is part of Meta's commitment to donate AI glasses to 130,000 blind veterans worldwide, aiming to provide transformative technology that supports daily activities.
