New Downtown Las Vegas Apartments for Visually Impaired Residents Now Accepting Applications

Visions Park, a new 99-unit affordable housing complex in downtown Las Vegas, is now accepting applications. Designed specifically for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, the complex offers two- and three-bedroom furnished apartments equipped with in-unit washers and dryers, audio-tactile walkways, accessible lighting systems, and full ADA accessibility. Residents will have access to free support services through the Blind Center of Nevada, including an AI learning lab, food pantry, daily lunches, mental health navigators, orientation and mobility training, job training, and other daily living and low-vision resources. The Blind Center emphasized that every design decision was made to provide residents with "a true home with independence, dignity, and community."
