Onondaga County Hosts Monthly Support Groups for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Onondaga County is organizing monthly support group meetings for individuals who are blind or visually impaired. Hosted by Monica Johnson, these gatherings occur on the third Wednesday of each month from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at St. David’s Court Apartments in East Syracuse, NY. The meetings cover topics such as daily living, technology, advocacy, and community engagement, and often feature guest speakers and social events. The next meeting is scheduled for August 19, 2026.
