
Northwest Association for Blind Athletes Launches 11th Year of Camp Spark

The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes (NWABA) has commenced the 11th year of Camp Spark at Linfield University in McMinnville, Oregon. This week-long camp, running from July 12, 2026, is dedicated to youth from Oregon and Washington who are blind or visually impaired. Since its inception in 2016, Camp Spark has grown from 18 campers to 40 this year. The program offers adapted sports and activities such as tandem biking, swimming, and goalball, tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant.
