Clark County officials have inaugurated Visions Park, a $40 million affordable housing complex designed specifically for individuals who are blind or have severe vision loss. Located at 950 Visions Park Lane, the 99-unit complex spans 4.5 acres adjacent to the Blind Center of Nevada campus near Cashman Field. Residents will have direct access to job training, meals, and daily support programs offered by the center. The project received $8 million from Clark County's Community Housing Funds, with additional financing from the City of Las Vegas, the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, State of Nevada Home Means Nevada funds, and grants from the Engelstad Foundation and Beverly Rogers.
