FAVI Launches 2026 Donation Campaign to Support Visually Impaired in Aruba

The Aruban Foundation for the Visually Impaired (FAVI) has officially launched its annual 2026 Donation Campaign to support children and adults who are blind or visually impaired in Aruba. The funds raised will aid in providing guidance, rehabilitation, adapted education, assistive devices, technology, and activities that promote independence and participation. Director Cetty Baarh-Bijlhout expressed appreciation for the dedicated collectors and volunteers supporting the campaign. Community members can contribute by visiting FAVI, making bank transfers, setting up standing orders, or donating through platforms like Pay.aw or Good Deeds. The campaign emphasizes building a society where individuals with visual impairments can participate as independently and fully as possible.
